After submitting your shipment, the system generates a unique cargo label for each package.
These labels include important details such as the shipment number, destination, and barcode used by North Star Air staff to track your cargo.
Click "Print Labels" to download and print them on plain paper or adhesive label stock.
Affix each printed label firmly to the outside of its corresponding package.
Make sure the label is clearly visible, flat (not wrapped over corners or seams), and not covered by tape.
If a package contains multiple items, place the label on the outermost container.
If your boxes have been reused, please remove or cover any old labels, barcodes, or markings from other couriers.
This prevents scanning errors and ensures your shipment is properly routed through the North Star Air network.
The Air Waybill is your official shipping document and receipt.
It lists all pieces in the shipment, the shipper and consignee information, and the total weight and charges.
Click "Print Air Waybill" to generate this document — one copy should travel with your shipment, and you may keep another for your records.
Once your packages are labeled and your paperwork is ready, bring everything to the nearest North Star Air receiving location.
